    - Driving and off-roading in the desert is strictly prohibited; - Driving in port areas is prohibited; - Car racing is prohibited; - Smoking in cars is prohibited; - Rental vehicles are allowed to be operated only within the UAE territory.
  • What documents are required for car rental?
    You will need your passport and driver's license from your country.
  • What is the daily mileage limit?
    The limit per day is 250 km; additional mileage is charged separately based on the chosen car.
  • What can I get fined for by the police?
    - Speeding; - Driving without a driver's license; - Running a red light; - Using a vehicle without license plates; - Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; - Changing lanes without signaling; - Violating the safe distance between your car and other vehicles.
  • What to do in case of an accident?
    If an accident occurs, it is important to immediately contact us and report the incident. Our support team will take necessary measures promptly and advise you on how to proceed. Remember not to leave the accident scene until the police have completed the documentation.
  • What is the minimum age for renting a car?
    The minimum age for renting is 21 years. For sports cars, it's 25 years.
  • What payment methods do we accept?
    We accept cash, credit cards, and cryptocurrency.
  • Who is allowed to drive the car?
    Only the person whose name is specified in the rental agreement has the right to drive the rented car. However, it is possible to include two drivers in one contract. Therefore, these drivers can alternate, allowing another person to drive the car, provided their name is also included in the contract for that car.
