Rental Terms & Conditions
Online Payment Policy:
Any person paying online should use their own personal credit or debit cards. If not, then the service may not be awarded.
Invoicing and Payment Terms:
All rental periods are calculated on a 24-hour basis. For example, a one- day rental starting at 9am must be returned by 9am the following day. Any delay – for example, if the car is returned at 5pm the following day – will result in an extra day being charged.
Our invoice will be issued on the day you pick up your car, in advance of the term of the rental (i.e. a prepayment) and must be settled in full immediate
7 AED will be charged when releasing the Deposit.
In case the customer wishes to extend his rental agreement extra days, he must inform us 12 hours prior to the extension. Otherwise the extension will be charged according to the normal seasonal daily price.
Payment for extension has to be made in advance, otherwise the extension will not be valid.

Cancellation:
Your booking can not be canceled, once the rent payment is processed.
We can’t issue any refunds once the car is reserved.
Drivers and Licensing Requirements:
All drivers must be over 21 years old and 23 years old for sport cars.
Drivers must provide a valid international or national (local) licence, some local licenses are not accepted, our sales team will check your license's validity before renting you the car.
Drivers must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while operating the vehicle. All insurance claims resulting from driving under the influence will be denied and you will be responsible for all resulting damage repairs.
It is primarily your responsibility to ensure that you are eligible to drive a rented car in compliance with the laws of the UAE
Delivery:
Delivery outside Dubai state is subject to a fee (depending on the location of the other city).
Driver must show original valid documents while receiving the car.
Driver can take a video or photo of the current condition of the car, before signing the contract.
Restrictions:
Smoking in our vehicles is strictly prohibited as it damages our vehicles and is a safety hazard while driving. Smoking in our vehicles may result in a charge of up to AED 500.
Driver must return the car in the same condition he received it, if the car is dirty or has any food leftovers or stains, this will result in a charge.
Customer is not allowed to drive over 160km/h. If the driver goes over this speed limit, he will be charged 2000 AED on the 2nd attempt, and on the 3rd attempt we will shutdown the car, and the remaining rental period will not be refunded..
500 AED will be charged if the car returned with a very dirty interior (trash on the ground, food left overs , etc..).
1.The hirer will bear the excess insurance liability charge ranging from 7500 AED to 15000 AED based on the car make/model and the hire's age, subject to the company's discretion. In the event of any accident or damage caused to our vehicles due to the hire's fault, an additional charge of 10% of the total repair bill will be imposed on the insurance liability charges.
2.The hirer must furnish all requisite police/court documents to claim any damage charges from the insurance company. Failure to do so will render the hirer accountable for the full payment of damage charges as per the agency's assessment, even if not at fault.
3.In addition to the insurance excess liability, the hirer will be obligated to pay the car rental daily rate charges for an extended period to facilitate the repair of such damages. Moreover, if the hirer/driver is under the age of 25, an extra 20% of the total estimated repair bill must be paid in addition to the insurance excess.
4.The company reserves the right to charge the hirer/driver's credit card/debit card for all car damages, traffic fines, violations, and penalties incurred during the rental period.
5.The hirer is liable to indemnify the full value of the car in the event of theft during the rental period, as such losses cannot be reclaimed from the insurance.
6.The vehicle is prohibited from off-road driving, desert safaris, mountain terrains, or rough terrains. Any non-compliance will render the hirer accountable for all damage charges, as insurance coverage does not extend to such damages.
7.The insurance coverage excludes damages to the front windscreen, glass, tires, rims, interior, upholstery, and related accessories. Any damages to these components will be charged to the hirer/driver as per fixed estimated quotes.
8.The term "vehicle" encompasses any car or item rented with all its accessories. The term "office" pertains to Duabi Luxury Rental Car.
9.The Hirer must provide authentic and valid documents as requested by the office and local authorities.
10.Only authorized individuals are permitted to operate our vehicles. Any person seeking authorization must obtain approval from our office, ensuring that all intended drivers are present at our office or approved by a Duabi Luxury Rental employee.
11.The Hirer affirms being licensed to operate the rented vehicle in accordance with UAE Traffic Law and shall not permit any other individual to drive it unless registered as an additional driver meeting specific criteria.
12.The Hirer undertakes to return the vehicle for scheduled services as indicated in the checkout list and vehicle sticker. Failure to do so will render the Hirer liable for all costs to rectify any mechanical defects resulting from negligence and any loss of hire faced by the office.
13.The Hirer agrees to return the vehicle in the same condition as rented, with the same fuel level. Any discrepancies in fuel levels will result in the Hirer paying for the difference.
14.Smoking cigarettes, cigars, or e-cigarettes inside the car is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of 1000 AED.
15.If the Hirer conducts repairs or alterations without the office's written consent, they will be liable for all costs associated with improper repairs and any loss of hire suffered by the office.
16. In the event of vehicle damage, the office reserves the right to take possession of the vehicle for necessary repairs, extending the hire period to accommodate repair duration.
17. The Hirer is responsible for any damages to the tires and/or rims while the vehicle is in their possession, as such costs are not covered by insurance.
18.The Hirer shall not sublet the vehicle, use it for towing, races, rallies, competitions, or transport items that may cause damage. Non-compliance will render the Hirer liable for any resulting damages or loss of income.
19.If the Hirer is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during an accident, they will bear full responsibility for damages and liabilities towards the Police and Courts.
20.The vehicle is only permitted for use and insured within the UAE. Daily hires are limited to a maximum of 250 km per day, with excess mileage charged at 20 AED per kilometer.
21.In the event of a total loss due to the Hirer's fault, the Hirer agrees to pay an additional 20% of the total insured value of the vehicle on top of standard conditions.
22.The office disclaims any liability for cash or valuables lost by the Hirer while the vehicle is in their possession or thereafter.
23.The Hirer must ensure the vehicle is parked securely when not in use, as any damage due to unforeseen circumstances will be the sole responsibility of the Hirer.
24.The office reserves the right to repossess the vehicle at the Hirer's expense if used in violation of the agreement, especially for intentional breaches of UAE speed limits and misconduct.
25.In case the rented vehicle incurs fines from Police or Municipality bodies during the rental period, the office is authorized to charge the penalty cost plus 10% of the total fine value for fines exceeding 500 AED. A service charge of 50 AED will apply to fines below 500 AED.
26.Each passage through Salik toll gates will incur a charge of 6 AED to the Hirer.
27.Additional protection is offered to the Hirer to reduce the excess insurance liability charge to a range between 3000 AED and 7500 AED, subject to the car model and the Hirer's age as determined by the office. This also entails a 10% reduction in damage value from the Agency repair bill for accidents caused by the Hirer/Driver's fault, with Extra Protection prices ranging from 150 AED to 750 AED.
28.The office reserves the right to repossess the vehicle without notice at the Hirer's expense if the vehicle is used in breach of the agreement, particularly for intentional violations of UAE speed limits and misconduct.
29.All prices are subject to a 5% VAT charge.
